Refund policy
Due to the vintage and/or rustic nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
We encourage you to inspect all parcels within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged items must be documented with photographs, remain at the initial delivery location and be reported to hollyjohnstonstudio@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt.
If damage occurred due to shipping, it's best to document all shipping material, as well.
